AT TINO'S FAMILY AUTO CARE, ITS ALL ABOUT KEEPING THE CUSTOMER SATISFIED. WHETHER ITS A MAJOR JOB OR MINOR SERVICE, TINOS MAIN CONCERN IS DOING QUALITY WORK FOR A FAIR PRICE.
 
I WANT CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE WITH THE FEELING THAT THEY HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE, NOT JUST FOR THEIR CAR, BUT FOR THEMSELVES.

SIXTY FIVE TO SEVENTY PERCENT OF TINO'S CLIENTELE ARE FEMALE. TINO BELIEVES THAT EDUCATING HIS FEMALE CUSTOMERS  IT MAKES THEM BETTER SHOPPERS  AND THEY GAIN THE ABILITY TO EXPLAIN TO OTHERS WHAT WAS NEED AND WHY.
 
TINO FEELS THAT THERE IS SO MUCH HONEST AND NEEDED MAINTENANCE, THAT THERE IS NO REASON TO SELL UNNEEDED SERVICE, I HE BELIEVES IN SELLING WHAT IS NEEDED WHEN ITS NEEDED.
